Ecosystem Development
Most innovation strategies still focus only on the collaboration between government, academia, and the private sector. Yet intention without community involvement rarely creates lasting impact. We help territories, municipalities, innovation hubs, and regional initiatives activate the missing piece: the human layer behind innovation. Supporting ecosystems evolve from the traditional triple-helix model toward a more community-driven four-helix approach.
Community Building
A beautiful space or place means nothing without the right energy, people, and sense of belonging behind it. That's why we help coworkings, colivings, innovation spaces, and organizations design communities people genuinely want to be part of through strategy, activations, experiences, partnerships, and ongoing consultancy. Because community is much more than an Instagram account full of followers or a spamy WhatsApp group!
We design meaningful in-person experiences that bring people together in ways digital spaces simply can’t. From conferences and retreats to coworking experiences, community gatherings, and ecosystem activations, we create experiences that strengthen culture, spark collaboration, and turn spaces into places people genuinely want to be part of. Because in an increasingly digital world, real-life connection has become more valuable than ever.

Every project is different. The approach is always the same: community first.
Flor Dos Reis started her career 14 years ago in digital marketing, back when the industry was just beginning to take shape. What drew her in wasn't the hype. It was the idea of using technology to bridge what someone had to offer and what someone was looking for.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
After more than a decade helping grow global brands like Google, Unilever, Mercado Libre, and FREE NOW, she made a conscious choice: step away from the corporate world and move toward a different kind of growth, one rooted in people, community, belonging, and long-term impact.
That same instinct that brought her into digital marketing in 2010 pushed her toward community building in 2023. In an increasingly digital world, Flor found herself moving in the opposite direction: creating real-life connection, meaningful communities, and spaces where people genuinely belong.
Today, through Flourish Mode, she develops projects that help spaces, territories, and organizations become more human, connected, and alive.
